- Councillor Jon Whitehouse - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor J M Whitehouse declared a non-pecuniary interest in Fruits of the Forest, Duke of Wellington Public House Car Park, 36 High Street, Epping CM16 4AE, by virtue of being a member of Epping Town Council. The Councillor stated that he had not taken part in any discussions or attended the Town Council’s committee that had considered this Street Trading Consent.
