- Councillor Holly Whitbread - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor H Whitbread declared a non-pecuniary interest in EPF/2600/19, Lambourne End Outdoor Centre, Manor Road, Lambourne, Romford RM4 1NB, by virtue of the applicant being known to her when she had visited the Centre last summer to see one of the Council’s disabled activities, as she was the Housing and Community Services Portfolio Holder. The Councillor had determined that she would remain in the meeting for the consideration of the application and voting thereon.
