- Chairman of Council, David Stallan - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Code of Member Conduct, Councillor D Stallan declared a personal interest in item 6 of the agenda, in so far as it related to the Local Council Tax Support payable to Town/Parish Councils as he wasTown/Parish Councillor. He understood that there were no binding decisions being made by the Committee at the meeting and therefore would seek a dispensation.
- Councillor Anne Grigg - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Code of Member Conduct, Councillor A Grigg declared a personal interest in item 6 of the agenda, in so far as it related to the Local Council Tax Support payable to Town/Parish Councils as she were Town/Parish Councillor.
