- Chairman of Council, David Stallan - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Code of Member Conduct, Councillor D Stallan declared a personal interest in item 5 of the agenda, in so far as it relates to the Local Council Tax Support payable to Parish Councils as he was a Parish Councillor. He understood that there are no binding decisions being made by the Committee at the meeting and therefore would advise that when the decisions were due on this later in the budget cycle, he would seek a dispensation from the Standards Committee to participate.
- Councillor Alan Lion - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Code of Member Conduct, Councillor A Lion declared a personal interest in item 5 of the agenda, in so far as it relates to the Local Council Tax Support payable to Parish Councils as he was a Parish Councillor.
