1. This
meeting is to be webcast. Members are reminded of the need to
activate their microphones before speaking.

Chairman will read the following announcement:

Epping Forest District Local Plan Submission Version - Planning Policy Briefing Note
An updated Planning Policy
Briefing Note is being prepared to include reference to the current
status of the Plan, the consultation on the Main Modifications and
other relevant matters. A link to the updated Briefing Note will be
published as soon as possible in advance of the meeting.

It was noted that the briefing note, dated
October 2021, had been produced by the Planning Policy team to
ensure that a consistent approach was taken to the provision of
planning policy advice for the District, particularly in relation
to the Epping Forest District Local Plan Submission Version (LPSV),
which was published on 18 December 2017 and the Main Modifications
to the LPSV published for consultation between 15 July and 23
September 2021.

Prior to any above ground
works, documentary and photographic details of the type and colours
of the external finishes of the development have been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The
development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved

in accordance with the approved details and made operational prior
to first occupation. The details shall include:
- Location of active and
passive charging infrastructure;
- Specification of charging
equipment; and

strategy. The council will expect that a management plan for the
charging points is set out clearly. This will address:
a) Which parking bays will have
