Councillor Holly Whitbread - Non Pecuniary Interest - Pursuant to the Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor H Whitbread declared a non-pecuniary interest in EPF/1400/20 - Upper Clapton Rugby Football, Club, 61 Upland Road, Epping Upland, Epping CM16 6NL by virtue of there being a past family relationship with the Club. The Councillor had determined that she would remain in the meeting for the consideration of the application and voting thereon.
